I 've used Dustin for 2 home purchases and the sell of 2 home. My experience while working with Dustin was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, prompt and very professional. Dustin was always available and provided exceptional service. He answered my questions promptly and always looked out for my best interest in the contracts whether selling or purchasing a home. I refer Dustin to all my friends and family. His professionalism far surpassed my expectations.
Dustin went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Not only did he he help me buy my first home but he sold it as well. I was moving to Miami and needed my house sold in a month. He made it happen and sold the home for more than I was expecting. He handled all aspects of the closing process from staging my house ( to make it look like something out of a home and garden magazine), to inspection objection process (getting all the contract workers without me lifting a finger for great prices) and closing the home in less than a month. Whether looking to buy or sell, Dustin is a solid choice!
